Back from
Taiwan for almost 2 weeks. It feels like I’m already back for quite long.
School has also started for 2 weeks and I’m still trying to adjust back to
school life. Time in Taiwan was so relaxed and I dreaded coming back to
Singapore. But glad that I managed to take a break before embracing the coming
school term, which is now. This semester seems a little more relaxed than
previous semester and hope that I can do better this semester.
After
coming back, other than teaching tuition, and meeting friends. I also managed
to go for café hopping last week. :) Still love having afternoon tea like how I
always do in Taiwan. It feels so relaxed! So I managed to explore Loysel’s Toy, which is
located at Kampong Bugis on the day before school starts, and also Drips Bakery
over at Outram last week! Forever eating and forever growing fat!

And last Tuesday was also the 15th month together with boyfriend! And I brought him to try Founder Bak Ku Teh! As it was highly raved by many people so we decided to give it a try. But then, it's not really too my liking because it was too peppery and I can't really take it. :/
Finally a proper date after so long! :)
So it’s
only the second week of school and there are already so many things waiting for
me to complete. Sg Studies presentation in week 5, Fluids quiz in Week 6, Heat
Transfer quiz in week 7! Though school may be tough, I’m still glad to have
boyfriend back with me this semester. 1 last semester together before he
graduates and 3 more semesters for me!
Last week also met up with uni clique to have a farewell dinner for Jody and Weijie. Had a good chat with them. :) All the nonsense they talked about always make me laugh like mad. And I guess, this year our post exam celebration would probably have to be postponed. But still, this bunch of friends in uni made my life more interesting. :)

Awkwardly standing in the middle when i'm not the one flying.
Just
another 1 week to Chinese New Year and I’m still looking for my CNY outfits. I
can never get enough of new clothes and always wanting more! And boyfriend has
been so nice to shop with me, and picking it out together with me! Since I was
a little too slow, most of the things that I like were already out of stock. But
I’m glad that I managed to find one in the end. On a side note, I still can’t
feel that CNY is just next week. I guess it could probably be I’m too involved
in too many things and haven’t got the time to go down to places to do all CNY
shopping. Since young, I have always loved to go to the supermarket to do all
the CNY shopping with grandma. But there’s definitely one thing that I like and
dislike when I was young. That is to go to the market to help out my
grandparents during the nighttime because it is so tiring! But sometimes, I
also love to be there and stay over at the market with grandpa and watch how
the business goes.
And oh
ya! Since CNY is coming, so I decided to go for a haircut. Never thought of
cutting it, but then it suddenly strikes me that I think that maybe I needed a new
haircut! Cutting hair for me has always been a chore for me and it’s so
difficult to find a cheap and good salon! One thing I hate about cutting hair
is because I’m always afraid that the stylist will mess up my hair but this
time round it was good and I’m quite happy with it. :)
Don’t
know if I’m excited for CNY or not. Haha but anything. Since the weekend is
here and I shall just enjoy a little before getting started!
