Food adventure!

Some updates of the places I have been to over the past few weeks!

Just yesterday, I headed to Standing Sushi Bar for dinner with my JC girls!

They were having a 50% off for sashimi on every Tuesday night! And yes, we love Salmon sashimi and couldn’t resist and ordered 2 plates of this goodness! This is actually my second time there, the first time round I went there on a Wednesday and there were having 50% off for special rolls and Makis! Their special rolls are equally good! Definitely worth the try! J

Had llao llao for 2 times in less than a week! And glad that I don’t have to queue for too long just to try it! Prefer the Sanum to the rest! Sanum comes with 3 fruits toppings, 1 cookie topping and a choice of sauce to go along with for the yogurt! Not too much yogurt and yet at the same time we still get to enjoy the best of both world! Definitely going back for more!

And finally got to try the tarts over at Windowsill in the Woods that is located near to Lavender Station! Just a 5 minutes walk from the station! Love the concept of the cafe! Big enough to accommodate the big group of us! Definitely a good place for gathering!  We were lucky to have a number of us around and so I managed to try like a few of it! Some of the flavours we tried were: Lemon strawberry, passion fruit, and peppermint chocolate! All three of them were very nice!

And I have also finally tried the highly raved rainbow cake from NOM, which is also known as No Other Meaning!! It is located at Macpherson CC. Not very accessible but definitely worth the try! Wanted to try the Salted Caramel or Oreo but it was already sold out when we were there so we were only left with chocolate as the only choice. Glad that it didn’t disappoint us though we were stuck to chocolate!
