Saveur x Birthday Celebration for YJ!

So it’s Friday, another busy day of the week.

Here’s how I spent my Friday, catching up with friends and teaching.

Met up with Fang as well as JC clique for Yuejiao’s birthday celebration.

Every meet up with the JC clique is always either Japanese food or Korean food. This time round we tried something different in town! We had Saveur, a French cuisine, which is located at Far East Plaza. Heard so much about this restaurant but haven’t got the chance to try it.

All of us, except Jas, ordered the signature dish, Duck Confeti and it tasted so good! The mash potato, together with the duck leg was delicious! Nom nom nom. Though the portion looks a little small but it was just right for me.

We headed to Cold Stone over at Orchard Central to have our craving for ice cream fixed. It’s not unusual for us to be eating that much during every time we meet. I can’t really remember when was the last time we actually meet to just do shopping or watch a movie. I guess it’s almost never. They are like my eating buddies who will always be very happy to try out new food together with me.

Happy Birthday to Yuejiao! The girl who is the first friend I made in JC and have also became one of my good friends. Thanks for being such an awesome friend who never fail to offer help to me whenever I needed it! Hope that you have enjoyed the simple celebration we had and many more years of celebrations together!
